The MMI laser microdissection system facilitates cell isolation and collection controlled via network connection by 3DHISTECH digital slide technology. The resulted pure cell populations are used for gene expression analysis, allowing for highly specific molecular characterization, without the interference of extraneous cells.

The Pannoramic MIDI scans automatically up to 12 slides in one run. You can insert 3 slides in the MMI laser microdissector and can collect the dissected parts in 7 different PCR tubes.
The Pannoramic MIDI supports fluorescence scanning (optional). It can digitize your fluorescent samples in 9 different fluorescence channels, and you can define the annotation to be extracted based on the fluorescent image too. The MMI LMD is also capable of fluorescence visualization.
The Pannoramic MIDI supports the best Carl Zeiss objectives, thus achieving up to 43x or 86x resolution. The MMI Microdissector is based on a high performance optical microscope.
The Remote Laser Micro-Dissection (RLMD) System is designed for laboratories where the teleconsultation or the time saved by the automated cell selection is a key factor.
Scan and upload your images with the 3DHISTECH CaseCenter software to the Internet. Use our automated cell selection tool or consult with remote external specialists to examine the slides and define the cells of interest for downstream analysis by simply drawing the cutting map and the coordinates are transferred to the MMI CellCut software to do the dissection.
